Butter Chicken Wraps

  • Leftover butter chicken (or fresh batch — see Butter Chicken recipe)
  • 4 large flatbreads or tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Fresh coriander
  • Lime wedges

Method

Reheat butter chicken sauce and chicken until piping hot.

Warm flatbreads in a dry pan or microwave.

Lay flatbread flat, add a line of butter chicken down the centre.

Top with lettuce, cucumber and coriander.

Roll tightly, slice in half and serve with lime wedges.
