Homemade Chicken Burgers

Crispy chicken patties with slaw and dairy-free aioli.

Ingredients
Patties
- β’600g chicken mince
- β’1 egg
- β’2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- β’1 tsp garlic powder
- β’1 tsp onion powder
- β’Salt, pepper
Slaw
- β’ΒΌ cabbage, shredded
- β’1 carrot, grated
- β’2 tbsp dairy-free mayo
- β’1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- β’Salt
To Serve
- β’4 dairy-free burger buns
- β’Lettuce
- β’Tomato
- β’Dairy-free aioli
Method

Mix chicken mince with egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Form into 4 patties.

Pan fry in olive oil 5β6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Make slaw: toss cabbage and carrot with mayo, vinegar and salt.

Toast buns, then build burgers with slaw, lettuce, tomato and aioli.
